For protein chains that are in the PDB archive with known PDB IDs.

To submit multiple PDB ID and chains, concatenate the PDB ID and chain together with the PDB chain first, to form 5 characters, for example, 1TSR chain A would be entered as 1tsrA.

ID 1: the PDB ID code and chain.   E.g. 1tsrA
ID 2: the PDB ID code and chain.
ID 3: the PDB ID code and chain.
ID 4: the PDB ID code and chain.
ID 5: the PDB ID code and chain.
ID 6: the PDB ID code and chain.
ID 7: the PDB ID code and chain.
ID 8: the PDB ID code and chain.
ID 9: the PDB ID code and chain.
